About The Book of Gifts

A series of reflections on universal spiritual gifts such as compassion, creativity, and trust, The Book of Gifts helps us remember the emotions of the spirit by forming a connection between its words to the chemistry of joy, love, and peace in our bodies as we read. Meanwhile, because it is written largely in metaphors, The Book of Gifts also engages the unconscious, which allows the reader to pattern unconsciously on these gifts and to begin deep, unconscious changes that are precursors to conscious change.

From The Book of Gifts:

Spirituality is "all of the ways we experience our connection to the Oneness we share with all other life; it is the vibrations that connect us to each other - love, compassion, intimacy, creativity, and authenticity  to name just a few; it is being One with ourselves, and it is actually being ourselves, living honestly and openly with ourselves first, and then honestly and openly with all others."

"I read the gifts of hope and love everyday to bring me inspiration."
Susan, NYC

"I keep it on my bedside table and read one gift a night."
Cherie, Colorado

"The Book of Gifts talks to my heart."
Jeanne, New Orleans
